In the distilled water machine, the purified steam generated by each evaporator is used to heat the raw water. After heating and evaporating the raw water, the pure steam undergoes phase change condensation to become injection water. The efficiency of a conventional multi effect distilled water machine is 3-8, with each efficiency including an evaporator, a separation device, and a preheater. The more efficiency there are, the better the energy-saving effect. In order to reduce the consumption of steam and cooling water while maintaining a certain production rate of injection water, it is necessary to increase the efficiency. However, this will increase the investment cost. Therefore, it is necessary to choose the appropriate efficiency, which needs to be jointly determined by the purchasing party and the manufacturer of the pharmaceutical factory.
To prevent cross contamination of the system, the first evaporator, all preheaters, and condensers of the multi effect distilled water machine are designed with double end plate tubes. The inner and outer tube plates adopt double expansion joint technology, which belongs to the physical processing method. The column tube and tube plate are connected and fixed by an expansion tube, and the processing accuracy is high. It can be used in clean equipment or systems with a working pressure not exceeding 10 bar. Due to the avoidance of welding processes, the double expansion method can effectively prevent chemical crystal corrosion caused by heat exchanger welding, thereby reducing the risk of heat exchanger leakage and greatly extending the service life of the multi effect distilled water machine.
