Before starting to use the device, please read the instructions carefully.
matters needing attention
1. Please read the user manual carefully before using this machine.
2. The use of a distilled water machine should be selected in a non humid and well ventilated place. As the cooling fan will produce a sound similar to that of an electric fan, it is recommended that you use it in a well ventilated kitchen.
3. Please use a 220V socket and be careful not to use multiple household appliances at the same time to avoid overloading.
4. Do not clip, cut, or burn the power cord to prevent electrical leakage.
5. Please unplug the power cord from the socket when refilling, cleaning, or not in use.
6. Do not immerse any part of the distilled water machine in water.
7. Do not allow children to operate the distilled water machine to avoid tipping over and causing burns.
8. Do not remove the top cover of the steaming monk water machine that is currently in operation. After each distillation of the water machine is completed, the top cover should be removed after 10 minutes to avoid burns.
9. Do not use steel wool (brush) or other hard objects (scraper) to clean the stainless steel tank, in order to avoid damage to the tank surface (bottom) and make it easier to get dirty.
instructions
1. The device consists of two parts: an upper cover with micro tube condenser/cooling fan and a body.
2. Remove the lid from the body and take out the water bucket (optional) from the inner container.
3. Pour water into the stainless steel liner until the highest liquid level (4 liters) is reached (if hot water is used for injection, the distillation time can be shortened). (Figure 3)
4. Cover the body with the lid and insert the power cord from the lid into the nearest socket. Ensure that the lid is properly attached to the body.
5. Place the water receiving bucket below the device outlet to collect distilled water.
6. Now insert one end of the main power cord into the body socket and the other end into a 220V AC power socket (Figure 2), turn on the body ON/OFF switch, set the distillation temperature, and the cooling fan will start running, automatically starting distillation.
7. About 15 minutes later, the first drop of distilled water appeared in the water bottle.
8. Once all the water is distilled, the device will automatically turn off the heating element and unplug the cable from the power outlet.
9. If continuous production is required, after the water in the inner tank is distilled, unplug the main power cord and the upper cover power cord. To prevent steam from overflowing and scalding, remove the upper cover after 10 minutes, add water, and then place the cover flat on the machine body. Insert the upper cover power cord and main power cord, and turn on the power operation instructions again (step 6).
10. Do not drink the first barrel of distilled water as it may contain impurities from the production and packaging processes.
Note: Please keep the outside of the machine dry (especially the socket part to prevent power short circuit).

Dual screen display: real-time temperature display, set temperature display.
• Temperature control:
The upper display screen shows the set temperature, while the lower display screen shows the real-time temperature.
After pressing the ° F/° C setting button, this machine can switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius temperatures, with a minimum of 58 ° C/136 ° F and a maximum of 108 ° C/226 ° F. When the temperature needs to be set, simply press "up" or "down" to adjust the desired temperature. When the machine is heated to the set temperature, it enters the insulation state and the machine head cools down normally. When distilling water, it must be set to 100 ° C (212 ° F).
The real-time temperature will change with the change of the set temperature.
When the water in the machine is burned dry, the temperature automatically protects and the power is turned off, displaying "E"
Cleaning methods
1. Please gently wipe the outside of the body with neutral detergent and keep it dry.
2. The interior of the stainless steel tank needs to be cleaned with clean water daily to remove impurities that have settled after distillation. Every month (or depending on the amount of dirt in the groove), please use the stainless steel tank cleaning agent recommended by our company to remove dirt. (Figure 4)
(1) Pour (hot) water into the stainless steel tank until it is slightly above the dirt surface.
(2) Pour one to four tablespoons (depending on the amount of dirt in the tank) of cleaning agent into the tank.
(3) Do not cover it, plug in the main power and turn on the power to boil water.
(4) After 15-30 minutes, pour out the water and rinse the inside with clean water.
(5) If all the dirt cannot be removed at once, the above actions can be repeated.
(6) The residual dirt is not harmful to health, please feel free to use it.
3. The water storage tank can be disinfected and cleaned with hot water without deformation.
4. Installation and disassembly of water outlet nozzle. (See Figure 5)
(1) Remove the water outlet from top to bottom (push in, pull down) according to the diagram.

The stainless steel filter has an activated carbon bag inside. Each bag can be used for approximately 3 months. Press (Figure 5) to disassemble and assemble the water outlet nozzle for replacement.
Common exceptions and their handling
If the temperature is too high for any reason, the heating device will automatically turn off the heating element. The 'E' appears on the monitor. Press the 'ON/OFF' button to turn off the display screen. After cooling, press the "on/off" button to operate the device at the previously set temperature.
When the preset temperature is exceeded, "H" is displayed and the device stops working. Press the reset button to continue distillation.
F ": Temperature sensor malfunction.
1. No distilled water comes out.
A. The main power cord and the power cord on the top cover are not plugged into the socket. B. There is no power supply on the socket.
C. The start button was not pressed. D. The stainless steel tank is not filled with water.
2. Each time the production is completed, but the amount of distilled water A is not sufficient, and the water is not injected to the highest water level.
B. The rubber sealing ring on the upper cover (Figure 7) has poor sealing on the body and needs to be replaced.
C. The rubber sealing ring on the upper cover (Figure 7) was deformed due to compression by the water outlet nozzle. Reinstall the water outlet nozzle correctly (Figure 5).
D. The water storage tank is not directly aligned with the water outlet.
3. The seal between the upper cover and the body is jumping, and steam water overflows or there is steam water overflowing from the outlet mouth
A. The upper cover and the body are not tightly closed.
B. There is sediment in the water outlet after use, and the charcoal bag in the water outlet needs to be replaced. (Figure 5)
C. The steam inlet under the upper cover is blocked by a water blocking plate, and the water blocking plate needs to be pulled outward (Figure 6-2)
Danger and Warning
Do not immerse the head and base in water or other liquids, and do not rinse with water.
Before connecting the product to the power supply, please confirm whether the voltage indicated is consistent with the voltage used locally.
If the plug, socket or product is damaged, please do not disassemble and repair it without authorization to avoid internal circuit connection errors, which may cause power short circuits and other dangers.
This product is not suitable for children, people with physical or mental disabilities to avoid harm caused by incorrect use.
When removing head components or cleaning products, please turn off the power/key first, and unplug the head component power plug and the host power plug.
Add 1L of clean water and 2 tablespoons of citric acid to the main water tank for the first time, cover the machine head, turn on the power and boil the water for about 20 minutes. After pouring out the water, rinse the water tank and distillation cover with clean water (the distilled water made for the first time cannot be consumed).
When cleaning the interior, it is forbidden to use hard objects such as wire brushes (velvet) to scrub the main unit.
This product complies with the provisions of European Directive 2012/19/EC. The symbol shows a trash can with a horizontal bar and an X, indicating that the product requires separate garbage collection in the European Union. This applies to products and all accessories marked with this symbol. Products labeled with such tags must not be discarded together with ordinary household waste, but must be sent to a recycling point for electronic appliances.
If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, their service agent, or similar qualified personnel to avoid danger.
Distillers should use connectors with temperature controllers, and suitable connectors must be used.
If there is a smell in the water at the beginning of use, it is normal. Please soak it in citric acid cleaner and hot water for 12 hours, or soak it in commonly used laundry detergent and boiling water for 12 hours. This cleaning method can be repeated more often to make the steam pipe cleaner. After 7-8 uses, it will be normal. (Figure 6-1)
